La Paloma Open House
Premiere Party Central was on site to provide rentals for the La Paloma Open House this past weekend, and it was lovely! Allan House “Whimsy and Lace”
Here at Premiere we do a lot of Open Houses each Wedding Season…but this one was particularly fun! Austin’s own Allan House, located in the heart of downtown, provides a beautiful scenic backdrop to have your wedding ceremony, along with the fact that this Victorian Home is wonderfully spectacular!

Bandana Ball 2012
Well, we have wrapped another successful Bandana Ball this year, and boy was it awesome! We were (as always) very privileged to be able to provide rentals for this amazing event and auction, and this year we successfully raised over $409,000 for Ronald McDonald House Charities!

The event was held at the Wild Onion Ranch, and was attended by over 900 guests! The wonderful non-profit group 501 (c)andids were on site to capture the event, and the full photo album can be seen here on Flickr.

Tenting
As many of you know, Premiere is known for our superior rentals and personal touches to our service. But did you know that almost half of our business is tenting? While you might never have thought about getting tenting for your event, it is always a wonderful option when having a rain plan, or a shade plan for those hot and sunny days!

While these are some of our larger tent jobs, we offer tents as small as a 10’x10′! Contact us today for a quote…we can even decorate it from floor to ceiling with draping, sidewalls, dance floor…you name it!

SXSW
Well, South by Southwest (SXSW) may have wrapped up this week, but we couldn’t be more excited to share the photos of the tenting we did! Enjoy the pics because our crews did a PHENOMENAL job! Congratulations guys, on a job well done!

New Venue: Redbird Skyport
Here at Premiere we always love the newest and greatest things to enter the local Event market. So, when we heard about the new Redbird Skyport VIP Event Venue that opened up in nearby San Marcos, we jumped at the chance to check it out!

The Skyport Galley is an on-site restaurant that provides tasty meals to those of you wanting to pop in for a quick bite, or hang out for the day and watch the planes come and go. They are open 7 days a week from 6AM to 10PM…so you have plenty of time to get out there to check it out!
Redbird Skyport offers space for any type of social function you may want to have. From conferences, meetings, team and leadership building events, to birthday parties, graduations or wedding receptions, they promise to make sure you have a wonderful experience, and to ensure that “your event takes off!”

New Inventory
Something new and exciting is always happening at Premiere! This week we are rolling out some new inventory and wanted to give you all the first look.
This is our new “Cute as a Button” Love Seat. It rents for only $200!!!
We also have a new 10″ Round Black Dinner Plate, which rents for $0.80 per plate:
The perfect compliment to the new Black Dinner plate is our two new options for Salad Plates. This one is called “Florentine”, and it rents for $0.75:
And this is the second new option, it is called “Sirata”, and it also rents for $0.75:

Austin Marathon
This past weekend, Premiere had the honor and privilege of tenting the area straight down Congress Avenue for the Austin Marathon. Our guys pulled everything together starting in the dim early morning hours, and got it done quickly…even in the rain! Below are some photos of the tenting we did.

Premiere Party Central and Premiere Tents & Events will also be providing tenting for the SXSW festival this year. CulinArt 2012
This coming Thursday is the biggest event in the industry…CulinArt, benefiting the Wright House Wellness Center. This night includes, dinner, dancing, silent, and live auctions, and this year’s theme is “All You Need is Love”. According to the CultureMap article that ran this week, “This year’s event will also showcase the latest in event décor, production, and design trends, including a citywide centerpiece competition.” Sounds like a blast!
The Wright House Wellness Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides no- to low-cost support, education and resources for persons living with HIV and hepatitis C.
