On January 24th, the Intercontinental Stephen F. Austin hotel in downtown Austin hosted a lovely planner’s brunch in their newly renovated event space on the second floor. Premiere had the pleasure of not only attending this brunch, but also providing rentals for it to help dress the space and give the planners event inspiration.
The space can be sectioned off with retractable walls if your event is a smaller scale event, or you can leave it completely open and host about 250 people! Even better still, there is a beautiful bar located right next to the ballroom (with bathrooms across the way) so your guests never have to leave the second floor, and your event remains completely private. The event space contains multiple chandeliers, as well as lighted wall sections around the perimeter of the room and along the perimeter of the ceiling as well, which can change color and are completely customized to your event!
Guests were greeted with their choice of a champagne beverage as soon as they walked into the ballroom. There were tables set up in the space with black and silver linens, and beautiful pink and green florals provided by Bouquets of Austin.
At each place setting was your very own personal bottle of champagne to drink there or take with you. The brunch buffet included a yogurt parfait bar, strawberry bread pudding, bacon, fresh fruit, potatoes, spinach and egg casserole and so much more. Is your mouth watering yet?
