Trend watch: Emerald weddings

Emerald weddings are all the rage. Whether it’s one of your accent colors or your main color, we love the deep green and especially love how easily it pairs with other colors (and adds a touch of moody to your big day, which is also SUPER in right now).

You can also use emerald in your color scheme regardless of what season it is! No really, couples these days are taking bigger “risks” with their wedding decor and combining colors you might not normally see paired together, regardless of the season.

Need examples of emerald weddings throughout different seasons for proof? We thought you might…. So here you go!

This couple’s colors were emerald green, navy and gold. They incorporated the emerald green with their tablecloths at their specialty tables and at the head table. The greenery they used down their head table brought in even more of the emerald green to the wedding. The couple got married in February so they went for a warmer feel to give it that winter wedding vibe. We just LOVE the color combo and how romantic that head table turned out. What do you think?

This couple went a different route and went for a fresh and airy look for their wedding. Although they got married in October, you could really use this wedding as inspiration for any season- it really is a timeless and season-less (is that a thing? We’re making it a thing…) look. They opted for a natural wood charger and brought the emerald green in with the napkin, menu and floral. Gold accents finished the look off for a perfectly fresh, emerald wedding!

Last, but certainly not least, is a spring-time inspired wedding shoot. This emerald and coral wedding inspiration also has some summertime vibes to it, so don’t let that hold you back. You could even make a few tweaks (using different flowers that are in season for your big day) and make it a fall or winter wedding look.

We decided to bring the outside in with this table. The moss underneath the glass table topper and the napkin folded atop the dinner plate add in the emerald color to the table. And then add in a touch of greenery in the centerpiece and voila!
